# Inferred sensitive data

Sensitive information a system derives from ordinary inputs (health from purchases, beliefs from behaviour) or carries through a proxy feature. Washington's My Health My Data Act covers health data derived by algorithms or machine learning [1]; proxy tests and inference policies make it checkable.
