# Claims register

The record of every public statement about an AI system's accuracy, fairness, safety or capability: the exact wording, where it appears, and the eval run, measured value, interval and population behind it. Copy carrying a claim whose evidence is missing, stale or failing is not published; the FTC requires competent and reliable evidence for such claims when they are made [1].
