# Article 6(3) filter

The derogation under which an Annex III system is not high-risk when it poses no significant risk of harm and meets one of four conditions (narrow procedural task, improving completed human work, detecting patterns, preparatory task). Profiling of natural persons always defeats it; the provider documents and registers the assessment [1].
